When Jesus stretched out His hands upon the cross, He reached into every broken area of our humanity (spirit, soul, and body) and declared, “It is finished.” The price for our healing was fully paid, the power for our wholeness was released, and the promise of our restoration was sealed in His blood.
Healing is not only the mending of what is wounded, but the restoring of what was lost; vitality, peace, strength, and joy. Wholeness is the state of divine alignment where every part of our being comes under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. And restoration is Heaven’s justice, where God returns more than what the enemy stole.
When we partake of the Bread and the Cup, we do more than remember His sacrifice: we prophesy His victory over our lives. We declare every benefit of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross over our bodies, minds, and emotions: “By His stripes, I am healed.” We declare that resurrection life flows through our veins, and the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead quickens our mortal bodies (Romans 8:11).
Let every wound be healed. Let every burden be lifted. Let every delay in destiny be redeemed.
With your communion elements ready, pray with me:
Lord Jesus,
We thank You for the fullness of Your sacrifice.
We bless this bread with what You say it is: LIFE.
We bless this cup with what You say it is: the NEW COVENANT in Your BLOOD.
We declare: by Your stripes, we are healed.
You restore our strength, our joy, our youth like the eagle’s.
You heal our bodies, renew our minds, and revive our souls.
We declare supernatural restoration over everything that was lost; time, health, relationships, and opportunities.
We plead Your blood, Jesus, over ourselves, our families, and over every generation to come.
Let Heaven’s justice manifest on earth as healing, wholeness, and restoration in my family.
And may Your name alone, Jesus, be glorified through every testimony.
In Your mighty name we pray, Amen.
